- All sales are final on edible items once opened.
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any opened or partially consumed food items. - No returns or exchanges are accepted on non-edible products, including but not limited to:
apparel, plush/pillows, collectibles, toys, and novelty items. - Unopened edible products may be eligible for a return or replacement only in the case of damage, defect, or fulfillment error reported within 7 days of delivery.
- Proof of purchase is required for all return or replacement requests.
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
